What do you feel when you cut your finger unintentionaly when you hold a knife?

What are you going to do when the bleeding cannot be stopped?

Go to a doctor, or maybe just leave it with a plaster. It's done. In weeks it will be healed.

But sometimes... it leaves a scar...

Cut it into two? And break your heart into pieces?
